Yearly Process for TXVSN Receiver Districts

• Return signed annual Statewide Course Catalog Public School District and Open-Enrollment Charter School Agreement (Receiver District Agreement) for the current school year through the TXVSN Help Desk.
• Complete the campus activation form if activating additional campuses under a current receiver agreement.
• Assign MyTXVSN users in the MyTXVSN system
  • District Administrator (account will be created by TXVSN central operations and new login credentials will be provided)
  • Campus Administrator: Campus Administrator Registration Instructions
  • Site Coordinator: (Enrolls students in courses) Site Coordinator Registration Instructions
  • Student Mentor
• Update existing MyTXVSN users, as needed
